I was worried about my ASB Site Leader responsibilities and also how I will fail as a Leader. This thought filled my mind the whole day. But I think God spoke to me when I was doing my QT a while ago.

1 CH 28:20

David said to Solomon his son, "Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, the the Lord God, my God is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple is finished."

My study bible's notes on this passage talks about how fear can immobilize us and cause us to freeze and do nothing. The remedy is to not worry but to get to work instead. Getting started is always the most difficult part of the job.
